P.J. Polk hobbled again

P.J. Polk’s hamstring injury might be giving him more trouble.

Polk was examined by Connecticut Tigers trainer T.J. Saunders after beating out an infield single in the third inning of Wednesday’s game against the State College Spikes.  He stayed in the game until the top of the fifth inning when he was lifted for a defensive replacement.

Polk did not play Thursday or Friday, but he has not been placed on the disabled list.

Update: Polk started and played center field on Saturday.
